SHIP WRECKED Vol. 2 - Page 12

In this week's page, Trey and Gar-E have a little heart-to-heart.

We all need to talk about stuff. Sometimes we don’t feel comfortable talking to friends and family about certain subjects. When this happens, therapy can save lives.

I went to therapy for the first time about 2 years ago (almost to the day) and honestly it helped me wrap my head around feelings that I couldn’t comprehend or understand. I was lucky, because three months of therapy was enough to help me move on. For others, it can take years or more. But the point is, it helps.

If you’ve ever thought about doing it, I implore you to give it a try. Even if it turns out it’s not for you and decide not to go again, the worst thing you’ve done is talk to someone for an hour. I’ve had worse hours than that.
